Entrance Foyers - Empty ashtrays/rubbish receptacles and wipe clean.
Clean all facings to lifts. Remove obvious rubbish. Clean entry doors and lobby. Sweep and mop with detergent and/or disinfectant.

Lobby Areas - Empty and clean all garbage bins and ashtrays, replace liners where necessary (wash with a disinfectant once a month). Removal all rubbish from garbage rooms and sweep/mop with detergent and/or disinfectant.

Lifts - Clean all lift interiors. Clean floors. Replace any blown light globes.

Landscaped Areas - Empty rubbish bins and smoker's receptacles. Check all access paths and sweep where necessary. Remove fallen leaves and branches.

Body Corporate Letter Box - Clear and attend to contents

Car Parks - Check common area. Pick up any rubbish lying about (papers, wrappers, etc.) and empty all rubbish bins. Thoroughly check operation of doors.
