  • Conduct a quick morning walk for the party rooms and the Venue

  • Check the cleanliness and readiness of party Areas

  • Check the Events Flyers

  • Ensure enough supplies (cutlery, plates, napkins) are stocked in

  • Test all wireless radios for functionality.

  • Conduct a safety check of the party rooms and event spaces.

  • Review fire extinguishers and other safety equipment to ensure they are functional.

  • Radio signed in and ready to use.

  • Inspect tables, chairs, and other furniture to ensure they are in good condition.

  • Test sound systems or AV equipment in both party rooms.

  • Verify that there are no loose wires or tripping hazards in the event spaces.

  • Review the schedule for decorations and confirm themed setups.

  • Coordinating with Attractions and Admissions team for any changes or Attractions down time.

  • Clean and arranged the party rooms and astro arena for the next day.

  • Collect and store any leftover decoration items for future use.

  • Check the Events Flyers are ready and available for the next day

  • Ensure all birthdays and events are successfully completed for the day and guests have left.

  • Events radios are charged for the next day’s use.

  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment failures for repair via iAuditor

  • Check for any damaged or malfunctioning equipment (tables, chairs, AV).

  • If any incidents during Birthdays/ Events that occurred during the day must be reported via iAuditors incident report

  • Check for any items left behind by guests and place them in the lost and found.

  • Conduct a deep clean of both birthday room and astro arena (floors, surfaces, tables, chairs).

  • Recheck the area for birthday room and astro arena is cleaned and ready for next events/birthdays
