Do I hold a HRWL for a Forklift?

Have I completed CLTP's ForkLift SOP?

Is the Engine Oil at correct Level?

Is Coolant at correct level

Is Hydraulic Oil at correct level?

Is Transmission Fluid at correct level?

Is Brake Fluid at correct level?

Is Air Cleaner clean?

Check for loose fittings, cracks or worn hoses.

Check grease points and grease if requred

Check tyres and rims for pressure and wear.

Check steps, handrails and anti-slip

Are warning lights and gauges operational?

Is the horn operational?

Is flashing light operational?

Is reverse alarm operational?

Are indicators, brake lights and lights operational?

is the seat and seat belt in good condition?

Is the cab free of rubbish and dirt?

machine: start up/walkaround/warm up.

Are there any oil leaks?

Check brakes and park brake are operational.

Steering and controls are operating normally.

The UHF is operational and on the correct channel.
