3.7 Material at heights or in open areas secured incase of wind
3.8 NO loss round debris on ground. IE. pipe pieces,
3.9 Parkades P1 & P2 are clear of excessive dust and dirt
3.9 {a} Parking level P1 & P2 have enough lighting
3.10 WHMIS. Trade specific chemicals are stowed correctly, labeled and capped

4.1 The safety on this site is in great shape
4.2 Safety Tape Up Where Needed.
4.3 Site is secure with fencing and a guard
4.4 All safety stands intact and fully supplied
4.5 Safety Stands are clear of debris.
4.6 All vertical dowel covered with saddles and horizontal with mushroom caps
4.7 Guard Rails are up where the need to be. <br>Rials height. 21" & 42" 2x4, up to 8' Long, over 8' Long 2x6, min. force of 125 lbs
4.8 Manholes have covers on them
4.9 Sufficient Signage around site for workers knowledge.
4.10 Fall Protection strapping is installed correctly in the right locations for worker use. {6' lime green 5000 lbs, some are 4' white, same weight limits}
4.11 Emergency Communications system is up and running.

5.1 Are all workers wearing the 4 mandatory pieces of PPE
