  • This audit should be conducted at the beginning of every shift.

    Make sure to complete the beginning of the paperwork section before previous staff leave the shift.

    The rest of the audit can be completed anytime during the shift preferably as soon as possible.

  • Has disk been burned for the police?

  • Has NSW Drive Off Form has been completed AND faxed?

  • Is the staff audited wearing proper uniform?<br>-name tag<br>-7 eleven uniform<br>-black shoes<br>-black/dark long pants

  • Has the previous staff signed the timetable log book?

General

  • Daily receiving log has been completed properly.

  • Temperature test is completed properly. No "DANGEROUS" temperature is recorded.

Shift specific

  • Night shift Only

  • Are there any missing product on daily fresh delivery?

  • Has newspaper delivery been recorded on the carbon copy book AND the clipboard?

  • Has yesterday newspaper been returned?

  • 1 in 5 delivery temperature test has been completed for the week

End of Shift Performance

General

  • Has the previous shift restock the store properly?

  • Tick section(s) that is not completed

Cleaning

  • Has the floor been mopped before the staff leave the store?

  • Is there sufficient amount of sauce, spork, paper towel, and munch paper bag?

Pies

  • At the start of your shift, are there sufficient number of pies (in saleable condition) in the pie warmer?<br>End of night shift: 20-25<br>End of morning shift: 15-20<br>End of night shift: 25-35

  • Random check, is the pie time-stamped?

  • Random check, has the pie expire (already pass the stamped time)?

Sandwich Cabinet

  • At the start of your shift, does is the sandwich front faced or stacked neatly in the cabinet?

  • Are there sufficient drink in the sandwich cabinet?<br>-Minimum 3 of each<br>-Product include: Coke, Diet coke, coke zero, thank you water, up&go(all flavor EXCLUDING energize range)

Krispy Kreme

  • At the start of your shift, does the Krispy Kreme layout follow the recommend layout?

  • Is the thongs in clean condition?

Coffee Machine

  • Is the coffee bean filled

  • Large coffee cups, small coffee cups, and lids are filled?

  • Sugar, stirrer, and tea bags available?

  • Muffin stand is filled (the one next to the coffee stand AND bread stand)?

Outdoor

  • Night Shift Only

  • Bin liner changed

  • Petrol Pump, paper towel dispenser, and rubbish bin area are free of dust?

  • Price board is in good condition?

  • Watering can and bucket are filled with water (min 50% full) and there are no build up of grime

  • Windscreen wiper are available for customer

  • Store walk completed? (No significant amount of rubbish on the court floor)
