Checks

  • Have the pick wave touch points been cleaned with antibacterial wipes and the wipes been disposed of in the segregated bin?

  • 1. DAMAGE bent, dented or broken parts

  • 2. TYRES & WHEELS No damage to the wheels and tyres are correctly inflated

  • 3. LEAKS drive unit, brakes, hydraulics

  • 4. BATTERY (do not touch!) vent caps in place, cleanliness

  • 5. PLUGS & LEADS no frayed wires, connector plugs not damaged

  • 6. VANDALISM stickers, writing, drawing, key lock,

  • 7. HORN sounds

  • 8. SAFETY DEVICES flashing lights, indicator lights, safety shield, functioning seat-belts, warning labels, etc in condition as equipped

  • 9. MECHANICAL SAFETY DEVICES Safety shield, entry bar, etc in good condition

  • 10. STEERING no binding, no excessive play

  • 11. TRAVEL CONTROLS all speed ranges, forward & reverse, no unusual noise

  • 12. BRAKES stop truck within required distance, work smoothly, brake override functions

  • 13. BATTERY CHARGE discharge meter in full green or 75% Charge after raising forks

  • 14. HOUSE KEEPING general condition, no plastic cups, label backs ect

  • 15. ATTACHMENTS Functioning properly, no unusual noise and securely in place

CAUTION:

  • If the Ezy Go is found to be in need of repair or is anyway unsafe, or contributes to an unsafe condition, the matter shall be reported to the Shift supervisor or designated person immediately using the action buttons available within with check sheet. The vehicle shall not be operated until it has been restored to safe operating condition. This information needs to be entered on the shift report and note made on this check sheet

  • If during operation, the truck becomes unsafe in any way, the matter shall be reported immediately to the shift supervisor, and the truck shall not be operated until it has been restored to safe operating condition. This information needs to be entered on the shift report
