  • Odor is neutral<br>Check to ensure that the room/suite odor is neutral and Mark No if you find any of the following:<br>• Heavy air freshener<br>• Mildew or musty odor<br>• Odor not neutral<br>• Smoke or food odor<br>• Other odors

  • Trash cans are emptied<br>All trash cans must be emptied and left with clean hard-plastic liners during housekeeping service<br>• Hard-plastic liners are acceptable, not required<br>Check all trash cans and Mark No if you find any of the following:<br>• Any trash can not emptied<br>• Liner(s) dirty<br>• Trash/debris left in room

  • Bath amenities/terry replaced/straightened<br>Bath terry and amenity service must minimally include:<br>• Bud vase flowers maintained, if provided<br>• Guest amenities (e.g., shampoo, soap, lotion): <br>o Refreshed with new set if less than 50% full <br>▪ Reveal on side of bottle should be used to determine how full amenities are, <br>if applicable<br>o Neatly arranged<br>o It is acceptable if any used amenities are present in addition to the new, refreshed set <br>▪ It is acceptable if the new amenities are placed elsewhere in the bathroom <br>(i.e. counter) rather than in the bath/shower<br>• Hair dryer cord properly coiled and neatly placed or neatly bundled with appropriate cord tie<br>• Glasses replenished, spot free and placed on coaster<br>• Towels replaced to original stock <br>o If a guest requests for linen reuse by hanging a towel, folded towels must be <br>replenished to full par<br>• Bathroom area rugs fresh and neatly in place<br>• Robes available for guest<br>• Bathroom tissue tipped/tucked<br>Review cleaned room and Mark No if items have not been straightened<br>

  • Vanity, sink, mirrors, cabinets and drawers are clean<br>Check cabinets, caulking, doors, drawers, hardware, mirrors, shelf, sink, tissue box/cover and vanity<br>Mark No if you find any cleanliness issues

  • Toilet, tub/shower and shower curtain are clean<br>Rub your hand:<br>• On the bathtub bottom to check for dirt build-up<br>• On and under the soap dishes to check for soap residue<br>• On the shower walls/surround to check for soap residue<br>Rub the inside of the shower curtain and/or liner together to check for buildup<br>Check both sides of liner and curtain and pay particular attention to the bottom seam<br>Check bathtub, bidet, caps, caulking, grout, hinges, hooks, lid, liner, seat, shower curtain, shower doors, <br>shower walls/surround, soap dishes, tank and toilet and Mark No if you find any cleanliness issues

  • Bathroom floor is clean<br>Check base, corners, edges, floor, grout, threshold and transition strip and Mark No if you find any <br>cleanliness issues

  • Housekeeping carts are well-maintained and tidy when visible to guests<br>Mark N/A if housekeeping carts are not visible at any time during stay<br>Housekeeping carts must be:<br>• Clean<br>• Well maintained<br>• Organized<br>Mark No if any of the above is not met

  • Warm welcome/greeting provided

  • Well-groomed and professional, wearing a uniform
