Does the store have sufficient cleaning equipment? Eg. Mops, brooms, buckets, etc.
Is the internal signage (99 bottles, cheers, fridge headers) installed correctly?
Has plannogram/store been built to signed plan?
Is the refrigeration in good working order? Eg. No condensation in dairy case, Coolroom less than 3.5 degrees, auto door working safely.
Has all Frost components been installed? Eg. Magnetic fins, low profile fins, gondola end headers.
Does the store have circle units on display? Inc. a tasting table?
Is there an isolation switch for the store entry buzzer?
Is the security system sufficient? Eg. TV screen installed, bollards/trellis/roller shutter, cameras all working and in the correct locations, hold up button under counter.
Is the Intellisafe installed and commissioned?
Is the stockroom shelving at 1600mm high maximum?
Is the internal/external paint done to a high level?
Is the Coolroom rail installed?
