  • All fridge and freezer temperatures must be taken internally not taken off of the front of the fridge/freezer digital displays. Please check the food inside the equipment. Do not accept that the equipment reading is accurate. Temperature probes must be sterilised using the correct wipes before and after each food has been tested.
