GeneralCleaning

  • Are all signs and name boards clean and free from dirt and dust.

  • Has all metal work been cleaned and polished

  • Have all desk been cleaned and polished

  • Have all waste bins been emptied and cleaned

  • Have all upholstered surfaces been cleaned and vacummed

  • Dust and dry polish all tables and clean all chair legs

Office Accommodation and Meeting Rooms

  • Dust / Polish all edges,skirting, windowsills, fire extinguishers, fixtures and fittings to a height of 2 metres or within reach. (Over 2 metres may require specialist equipment, lease therefore seek advice)

  • Remove finger marks from vision panels to doors and glass to internal partitions.

  • Dust Clean all accessible surfaces to wall lights to a height of 2 metres.

  • Spot clean all walls and doors to a height of 2 metres.<br>

  • Thoroughly sweep all hard floor areas using impregnated mop/sweeper, paying particular attention to all corners and edges.<br>

  • where required thoroughly vacuum clean all carpeted areas paying particular attention to all corners and edges.

  • Sweep / wash / (machine scrub periodically) as necessary all hard floor surfaces using suitable cleaning agents,paying particular attention to edges and corners.

  • Marks and stains due to spillage and other causes shall be treated for removal as soon as possible using suitable agents (please note this is not a full carpet clean.

  • Monitor all reported / daily spills and cleaned within 24 hours.

Lifts and Staircases

  • Clean and polish all surfaces to lift doors, removing finger marks from lift call buttons.

  • Remove all marks from internal surfaces to lift cars.

  • Dust dry polish balustrades, handrails, fixtures and fittings to all staircases.

  • Check thoroughly entire staircase and clean as required, leaving floors free from debris and dust.

  • Vacuum and brush out lift runners ensuring that all debris is removed.

  • Throughly vacuum / sweep staircase paying particular attention to all corners and edges.

Toilet / Shower Accomodation

  • All toilets to be cleaned at least once per day.

  • Where applicable descale toilets,,sinks and shower tray using suitable descaler..

  • Remove all litter and waste deposit contents at designated point and replenish bin liners as required.

  • Maintain all waste bins in a clean condition

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect internal and external surfaces to WC pans and urinals,to include all fixtures and fittings, paying particular attention to both sides of the seat and all metalwork.

  • Throughly clean shower facility, paying particular attention to surfaces of shower including partition if applicable and shower tray..

  • Wash clean and dry polish all hand basins paying particular attention totaps, soap trays and vanity units.

  • Throughly clean all shelves ledges, mirrors fixtures and fittings to a height of 2 metres.

  • Damp wipe clean all wall surfaces in the immediate vicinity of wash hand basins and hand towels.

  • Replenish supplies of soap, toilet rolls and towels as apppropriate.

  • Remove finger Marks from all light switches, walls, mirror sand surfaces.

  • Wash clean and disinfect flooorsurfaces,paying particular attention to corners edges and areas behind and below pedestals and basins

  • Damp wipe clean all pipes radiators and ledges.

  • Sweep / wash as necessary all hard floor surfaces, paying particular attention to all corners and edges..

Desk Cleaning

  • All desks must be cleared before cleaning can be carried out..

  • Cleaning operative will check area and clean accordingly.

  • Spot Cleaning must be done as required.

  • Keyboards should be moved and table cleaned below.

  • All desks to be damp wiped.
