Does the door have a BWF Certificate/any certification on the top edge of the door?
If no can the door identify as a nominal fire door?
What is the fire rating of the door?
Is the door leaf free from damage and not bowed or warped?
Are the gaps between frame from leaf, inc. leaf to threshold between 2-4mm? (please provide evidence of gap gauge between each side of the leaf proving door gaps are compliant or not)
Does the door have a letterbox?
Does it firmly close and not jammed open?
What type of intumescent strips have been installed?
Are they free from damage and intact?
