Posture

  • Does the user have a good keyboard technique?<br>Good technique prevents<br>-hands bent at the wrist<br>-hitting the keys too hard<br>-over stretching the fingers

  • Is the seat adjusted correctly?

  • Is the small of the operators back supported by seat's backrest?

  • Are the forearms horizontal?

  • Are the feet flat to the floor without too much pressure from the seat on the back of the legs?

Misc

  • Has the user's experience using the computer been problem free?

  • Has the operator been free of discomfort when using the computer?<br>re: numbness and tingling in hands or arms<br>- dry sore eyes<br>- stress and tension<br>-headaches

  • Is the user able to take regular breaks away from the VDU?
