  • Criteria for 'Yes': DSM to review current initiatives before arriving in the store. Is the initiative executed in the store and window as per guidelines and standards? If not, then NO.

  • Criteria for 'Yes': Initative space should be lit properly and highlight the product and/or signage. If light fixtures are broken, answer 'NO.'

  • 8-PP: Rasvjeta je pozicionirana pravilno i nema neispravnih rasvjetnih tijela?

  • Criteria for 'Yes': Ensure all store lighting is working properly and highlighting product across the store. Ensure that there is an action from the store team to repair the lighting if broken (if they have raised the action and the business have not responded please add in the notes). If 3 or more of store lights are not working, answer 'NO'. If 2 or more product areas are not highlighted with lights, answer 'NO'.

  • Criteria for 'Yes': Check all team members on duty to ensure they are dressed in Nike relevant uniforms and representing the brand well. Are they using their name badge / lanyard to identfy them as a member of the team? If 1 employee is not appropriate, answer 'NO'.

  • 15-Tech: Blagajna i ostali uredaji funkcioniraju normalno. Glazba je primjerena Nike standardima (nije preglasna, nije uvrjedljiva, ne sluša se radio)?

  • Criteria for 'Yes': Check the following devices to make sure they are functioning properly: POS, Traffic Counter, Hardware, Music system, speakers. If there are multiple devices check more than 1 of each type. If 1 is not working, answer 'NO' and include notes in comments on their next steps and actions to fix it.

  • Criteria for 'Yes': All broken equipment should be removed from floor or blocked from Consumer accessibility. Please add notes in comments of actions needed to ensure quality on the sales floor

  • 19-Store: Unutarnje i vanjske oznake su čiste, ispravne i bez oštećenja?

  • Criteria for 'Yes': Interior and Exterior signage should all be in good repair, functioning, and show no visible damage. If there is damage please add the actions in the comments with timeframe.

  • Criteria for 'Yes': Check PO's in receiving area and confirm receipt date. Anything received more than 24 hours ago should be answered 'NO.' Check all that apply. We would expect all products to be processed within 24 hours of delivery (e.g. out of boxes and on the racking ready for business useage). - Please add reasons in comments.

  • Criteria for 'Yes': Look to determine if the correct amount of weeks of schedules are posted in accordance with local law.

PEOPLE

  • Criteria for 'Yes': Must be 100% in local/most prevalent language to answer 'YES'.
