Lift Area

  • Is the backstage lift area clear and accessible?

Gm

  • Are the fire exits clear and fire extinguishers accessible?

Beauty

  • Sample 1 counter, do all products have a ticket?

  • Please report missing ticket to a Gm section manager or section co and detail in info box above.

Loading Bay

  • Is the temperature recorded on the vehicle summary sheet for the cold chain delivery

  • Is the red route from the loading bay to the shop your way clear?

Catering Unit

  • Select one cupboard or fridge and check it for DEF, did you find anything ?

  • Please detail items found in box above and report to ops section manager on 3293/3203

  • Is PPE being worn correctly? ( hairnets should cover all hair and be pulled down over the ears )

Stockroom

  • Is there a gap of at least 1 metre around the 400 volt switch panels

  • Please take a photo to show that this is clear

  • Report to ops manager on 3203/3293 or ops section co on 3228

First Aid

  • Are the first aid and emergency team rota's in place?

  • Call the first aid phones 07820185625 , 07847012569 , 0782185623. Did a first aider answer?

  • Please check the rota to see who should be the duty first aider and ensure they pick the phone up.

Coffee Shop
