Pre-Start Check List

  • Does the asb5 supervisor match the method statement supervisor and is that you?

  • Do you have a copy of the waste carriers license on site?

  • Do you have a site supervisors file on site? Or access to all company documents via iPad?

  • Are all coshh assessments on site or available via iPad?

  • Check all RPE onsite for all operatives as per Edenbeck Ltd company procedures. <br><br>1) half masks clean, all parts accounted for, in a box, with cover / filter cap? Has ops initials on RPE in black marker?<br>2) full face. Clean, all parts accounted for? Components match mask cert? Has ops initials on each RPE component in black marker?

  • Is there a daily / weekly mask check list on site for each operative? Has this been correctly completed for each operative up to today's date?

  • List names and check expiry dates of all asbestos paperwork. Medical and face fit 2 years. Training 1 year. Mask cert 6 months. CSCS if applicable.<br><br>For example Chris Mayall / medical 24/08/14 / face fits 02/02/14 / training 02/02/14 / mask cert 02/02/13 / cscs 12/08/15.<br><br>If any paperwork is due to expire within 2 weeks add here.
