  • Is all 230v/110v equipment in good working order? (casing, cabling, mechanism)

Electrical Safety and Quality

  • Do operatives have safe isolation kit?

  • Does operative have safe isolation in place, where necessary?

  • Can operative explain correct safe isolation procedure?

  • Are test meter and leads in good condition?

  • Is test equipment calibration in date?

  • Is "Cal Card" measurement within 10%?

  • Do test leads comply with GS38?

  • Are proposed works compliant with BS7671?

  • Has works been undertaken in the most effective manner?
