  • ICRA practices are in place, job site is locked and code is shared with security?

  • Proper signage with E&V contact and emergency numbers posted?

  • Elevator wall is protected if being used?

  • Construction and trash route is identified?

  • Fire protection shut off valve is located and unlocked?<br>-NOTE- All crews should be aware of it. Most hospitals like there systems intact during the demo phase.

  • ILSM- if egress has changed, is interim route posted, have exit signs been covered or removed/added if necessary, and staff has been trained?
