Is the operative wearing or has in their possession all required PPE for this task?<br> Latex Gloves to wear under Red Nitras Gloves / Bump Cap or Helmet / Eye protection / Face and Mouth protection / Safety Boots / Hi-Vis / Company Uniform.<br>

Does the operative position themselves correctly on the trucks raised platform; i.e.: behind the protective barrier / guard rail?

Are correct manual handling techniques applied when deploying the toilet pipe from the vehicle?

Is the waste suction hose connected properly and checked to ensure it is locked in position?

Does the operator make repeated discharges to ensure the blue-rinse chemical has washed through and been discharged correctly?
