Section 1. Cellar Door Grounds

  • a. Drains are clean and there are no odours coming from them.

  • b. The grounds and car parks are free of rubbish, weeds and not overgrown.

  • c. The perimeter fence is intact and entry and unauthorised entry signs are visible.

  • c. Storage and amenities rooms are clean and tidy.<br>

  • d. Access to emergency exits is clear and unobstructed.

  • e. Access to fire fighting equipment is clear and unobstructed.

  • f. Fire extinguisher testing up to date? i.e. last check less than 6 months ago, verify 3 extinguishers tags during audit?

  • g. Area is free from evidence of pests (eg rodent droppings).

  • h. Light bulbs are working, adequate lighting is in place.

  • i. Electrical equipment is tagged and testing is in date.

  • j. All chemicals are properly segregated, clearly labelled and secured in closed containers.

  • k. Areas are well maintained

  • l. Grounds are well maintained and free from rubbish.
