  • GPS reviewed any safety issues must be handled immediately, then reported to Michael Sweeney.

  • Vehicle Idling. MA Law allows for no more than 5 minutes of idling regardless of weather.

  • Vehicle Follow Observation.

  • Report Findings from Vehicle Follow Observation.

  • Does the Employee have on all Required PPE, Facemask, Glasses, Vest cones, flashers?

  • What time did the Vehicle Exit the Service Center?

  • What time did the employee arrive at his first ticket address?

  • What time did the vehicle return to the service center?

  • How many tickets total were completed today from this inspector?

  • How many Emergencies did this inspector respond to today?

Customer Service

  • Did the Inspector/Supervisor go above and beyond to prevent damage to the System?

  • Did any customers including digsafe ticket holders have anything good or bad to say about the markout inspector?
