    * All cabinetry, kicks and bulkheads need to be stacked neatly and as tightly as possible with good access to the rest of the factory
    * Hardware and boxed items should be stacked with the job during checklist completion to make sure they are not missed on delivery
    * All panels, bench tops, kick faces and any flat items should be stacked neatly in the front of the factory in job lots with tape marking each job

  • Transformers and power supplys

  • Wire extensions if needed

KICKS

  • All kicks assembled

  • 450 maximum spacings between divisions

  • All kicks screwed

  • Whiteboard kick returns

BULKHEADS

  • All bulkheads assembled

  • All bulkheads have been puttied and car bogged

  • All bulkheads have been sanded

SINK CABINETS

  • 2x1 on edge rail installed

  • Check sink size and rout ends if needed

  • Bowl depth checked and sink hinge blocks correct

OVEN CABINETRY

  • Oven model corresponds with cabinetry sizes

  • No rail at back of cabinet for floor units

  • Oven opening has ventilation holes cut

  • Oven and microwave tower pre-installed

RANGEHOODS

  • Range hood is installed

  • Instructions removed from inside of rangehood

  • Ducting path has been observed and boxed

  • Required ducting and vent supplied

COOKTOPS

  • Cabinetry under cooktop has 2x1 rails on edge

  • Cabinetry ends routed if cooktop over 30mm

DISHWASHER FILLERS

  • Correct height and length dishwasher frame is made

  • Kick plates for inter/semi-inter or built under dishwasher

  • If a dish drawer appropriate cut outs in drawer and kick

  • If integrated 2x1 with magnetic brackets set up

LAMINATE BENCHTOPS

  • Toggle bolts

  • Tops checked for damage

  • All tops accounted for

  • Check mitres join correctly

TIMBER BENCHTOPS

  • Bench tops are correct size

  • Bench tops have had two to three coats of oil on both sides

VANITIES

  • Aluminium angle for wall hung vanities

  • Cut out in tops for wall hung vanities

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Sufficient packing is with job

  • Handles with job

  • All hardware for missing drawers

  • All hardware for missing doors

  • Contract checked and all speciality hardware fitted

  • Appliances as per contract if provided by Everlong

  • Appliance that were delivered to shed for fitting

  • All drawer covers

  • 87 degree stops accounted for and packed

DELIVERY

  • All above items to be loaded

  • Plasterboard sheets if required

  • MDF cover sheets if required

  • Delivery should be easy and time efficient if all jobs are stacked as in the notes above
