• 1. Knowledge Have the tradespeople and suppliers been made aware of the requirements for erosion and sediment control, and the consequences of a breach? Including: Subcontractors & Out of district workers

• 3. Sediment Control Are the sediment fences erected adequately/correctly? If so: Are there control measures in place to prevent the movement of sediment off the lot and into the gutter? Is it effective?

• 7. Road Is the road clean of sand, silt and mud? This includes the foot path. Do the tradespeople have the capacity to clean up the sediment before they leave the site? Is erosion and sediment control to footpath adequate?

• 8. Road Sediment Control Are the storm water gully traps in front of the site protected from sediment run-off and maintained? Are filter socks/sand bags in place?

• 9. Wet Trades (tiling etc) Are they undertaken in an area that allows containment of all waste?
