This notice does not absolve you of your responsibility to ensure that the pool barrier complies with the Building Act 1975, Australian Standard AS1926.1 - 2007 and the Queensland Development Code MP 3.4 at all times. If you require a pool safety certificate you will need to engage a licensed pool safety inspector.
