  • Have you checked the Roadside assist details inside the car?

  • Have you checked the clearance height?

Check under the bonnet

  • Is the Engine Oil level correct?

  • Is the window washers fluid level correct?

Check under the vehicle

  • Is no oil or fluid leaking/ leaked on the ground?

Check the tyres (including spare)

  • No evidence of tyre worn/ damaged/ deflated/ bulges/ cracked?

  • Correct pressure for the vehicle

Check vehicle body

  • Are lights, mirrors, and indicators clean and working?

  • Is Exhaust secured?

  • Is number plate secured, clean, clearly visible?

  • Please take photos of the vehicle (at least 4 photos including vehicle front, rear and 2 sides)

  • If there is any vehicle damage, take specific photos

Check Fuel Tank

  • Is the cap in place and sealed?

  • Is Trailer being used?

  • Is the Coupling secured?

  • Is the electronic connected?

  • Is the tow lights working?

  • Is the registration number visible?

Internal Checks

  • Set seat and steering wheel for comfort, posture and safety

  • Windows: Good visibility, clean, no obstructions?

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Serice within date?

  • Vehicle Registration: Is all registration and licencing for the vehicle valid and current?

  • Check that emergency kit and tyre changing equipment is complete?

  • Is the fuel card available?

  • All loose articles are stored securely (not left on the seat) or placed in the boot (cargo barriers fitted for wagons)?
