STRUCTURE / FRAME

  • What method of anchorage was used on the structure?

  • What chemical resin has been used? (i.e. HVU2 Hilti, Hilti 170 HY etc.)

  • What size hole has been drilled?

  • What size anchor has been installed? (i.e. M16, M20)

  • What curing time was allowed pre-pull test?

  • Has pull test been conducted on all anchors?

Ground Sealant

  • Are further remedial works required to prevent water ingress?

  • Whats the reason for further works being required? i.e. poor weather conditions, slab type, ground conditions etc.

ROLLER SHUTTER DOOR

  • Have Fews installed a roller shutter door?

  • Has the roller shutter door been installed as per manufacturer's guidance & drawings?

  • Have the limits been set?

  • Has the client been shown manual operation for use in power failure?

  • Has the client been shown safe operation of door?

SIGN-OFF

  • Fews Marquees' project manager / foreman signature

  • Has client signed hard copy of delivery note?

  • I confirm that the above items have been delivered / erected to my satisfaction. I confirm that I, "The Client", will not amend, change or alter the structure in any way. The structure is defined as all items installed by Fews Marquees. All elements of the structure have been designed and installed in exact locations for specific Health & Safety reasons, following the manufacturer's guidelines and specifications. The only permitted alteration is the opening or rolling up of PVC walls or window panels. This can only be done following a physical demonstration or written confirmation from a Fews Marquees member of staff. I confirm that I have been briefed on precautions for adverse weather. I confirm that I have been briefed on emergency contact procedures.
