Bar cleanliness

  • All mirrors on the bar are to be wiped - use a clean cloth and glass cleaner.

  • Take off all spirits from the back bar, wipe each bottle and mirrors behind, putting the spirits back on its allocated spot.

  • Wipe mirrors above the office door.

  • Remove any clutter from behind the cigarette box, including the shelf above and wiping the area.

  • Lift all red wine bottles, wiping each bottle and the surface underneath, removing any clutter from this area.

  • Shelving unit above the wines to be organised and cleaned.

  • Including the glass wash station too.

  • Wipe down all pint rack structures, removing stickiness and spillages.

  • Bar top is to be wiped regularly with a clean cloth.

  • Leather fascia boards are wiped down.

  • All wooden paneling to be wiped down.

  • Scrub down both doors on the bar (office door and entrance) removing dirt.

  • Wiped down beer pumps and back of tills so the surface looks presentable.

Floor and layout

  • Check all menus around the venue to make sure they have 4 pages in them and they aren’t damaged. Replace any missing pages and clean each menu.

  • Check all tables for the correct furniture, and replace any missing chairs at each table (check the arches and Penthouse for missing furniture)

  • Keep an eye out on tables and chairs during the shift - neaten up any movements of furniture and ensure the floor is always clean and clear of empty glassware. (courtyard,front door and balcony)

  • The DJ booth is decluttered, swept and mopped.

  • Replace any full ash trays - replace with a clean one, emptying the cigs and ash into the red ashtray bin.
