  • 19. Is there a minimum of 3 hinges with all the screws (of correct size) fitted?

  • 20. Are the hinges compliant and marked with BS EN 1935?

  • 22. Is the handle fixed correctly and free from movement and all fixings in place?

  • 23. Is glazing/vision panel present and EN/BS markings visible?

  • 24. Is the glass free from cracking or damage, beading attached and free from damage, the intumescent seal continuous and attached to the glass and bead, and if replaced with fire rated glass?
