Instructions and fire drill test completion

Manager to raise the alarm – using fire panel test switch or manual fire alarm - record the time
Follow evacuation procedures/guidelines in the H&S Induction pack - under ‘Fire Safety’ page (but do not call 999)
When everyone has assembled in the designated assembly point/s record the time below
Inform staff/visitors that it was a drill and send the staff back to work or break as applicable without delay
Findings to be reported at the next Health and Safety meeting
