Key Performance Indicators for Cleanall Security Services.

Contract Management

  • The Cleanall’s Manager/Supervisor available when required and to meet regularly with the Client Managers.<br>

  • Implementation of any agreed action points arising from monthly management meetings.<br>

  • Cleanall expressly notify client of replacement of staff 48 hours before effecting posting (Period and name of replacement officer detailed).<br>

  • Cleanall management and security staff (including agency staff) meet the agreed service delivery standards (including the completion of cleaning/additional duties).<br>

  • Staff paid at least the minimum wage and employed in accordance with employment law.<br>

  • Maintain and update occurrence log and any incidents reported to the client immediately with supporting incident reports.<br>

  • Staff are smart, wearing uniform, and visible identification (ID & SIA licence) at all times.<br>

  • Complaints Log maintained and all complaints referred to client and fully investigated in line with Cleanall policies.<br>

  • Ensure Emergency Procedures and SOPs are up to date and accurate and all staff are fully trained to uphold all emergency procedures.<br>

  • Training matrix maintained and a programme of continuing and refresher training agreed with the client and implemented.<br>

  • All staff comply with Cleanalls' & clients Code of Conduct.<br>

  • Invoices accurate and presented in a timely fashion, inclusive of supporting documentation i.e. timesheets.<br>

  • Maintain current and up-to-date assignment instructions agreed and signed by client.<br>

  • Cleanall assigned only trained & SIA licenced security officers as per SIA (Security Industry Authority) standards, inclusive of agreed agency staff.<br>

Security Officers.

  • All sites/locations fully staffed at all times as stipulated in contractual arrangements and cover provided for absences.<br><br>

  • All handovers take place within the required timeframe and cover all incidents from the shift.<br>

  • Officers are alert at all times and are fit for duty e.g. not asleep or under the influence while on duty.<br>

  • Equipment detailed in AI’s is provided and is carried by or available to Officers at all times i.e. UHF radios/site mobile phones.<br>

  • Effective assistance provided during emergency situation and/or test drills, including fire, bomb alerts and other incidents.<br>

Access Control.

  • Prevent unauthorised access and deal with events threatening the security of the site.<br>

  • Visitors and vehicles properly recorded by the Officers.<br>

  • CCTV monitored and any suspicious activity reported and investigated.<br>

  • Regular foot patrols conducted every 3 hours.<br>

  • Prevent unauthorised removal of property from Customer's sites.<br>
