Key Performance Indicators for Cleanall Security Services.
Contract Management

The Cleanall’s Manager/Supervisor available when required and to meet regularly with the Client Managers.<br>

Implementation of any agreed action points arising from monthly management meetings.<br>

Cleanall expressly notify client of replacement of staff 48 hours before effecting posting (Period and name of replacement officer detailed).<br>

Cleanall management and security staff (including agency staff) meet the agreed service delivery standards (including the completion of cleaning/additional duties).<br>

Cleanall assigned only trained & SIA licenced security officers as per SIA (Security Industry Authority) standards, inclusive of agreed agency staff.<br>
