SECTION II-A COMMISSIONER OF EDUCATION REGULATIONS (8 NYCRR Part 155.7)

1. Exit ways (corridors, Stairs)

2. Exits

School buildings of one to six classrooms are equipped with either a manual, hand, or electric fire alarm capable of being sounded for such period of time to insure evacuation of the building, or with an electric fire alarm system as described above.
