Is the centre of extractor hood vent pipe between 1220-1280mm from the internal wall?

Have stack pipes been fitted correctly?

Has ceiling stack pipes been insulated for sound proofing?

Are all ceiling waste pipes fixed securely with falls?

Are all plumbing pipes insulated?

Is the ceiling electric wiring neat and tidy?

Have all services pentrating exterior walls been foamed?

Has all pipes and wires been fire proofed?

Are the electric cables to sockets vertical?

Does the stairs have a handrail in place?

Is the upstairs ceiling airtight and taped?

Has all grounds been fitted for radiators, sinks and showers?

Has airtightness tape been fitted to windows?

Has timber boxing been built?

Is the plumbing manifold in the correct location?

Are the shower trays correctly fitted to allow for slab around it?

Have all services passing through floors been fire proofed?

Has the attic been insulated?
