First Port - Lift Auto Dialler Test Form

This is to record the testing of the auto-dialler button in the lift. Any faults must be recorded and actioned as necessary. To test the auto-dialler press the button for 5+ seconds and make sure the call goes through to Appello or lift monitoring service. Please note - the yellow button on the panel is purely to raise the alarm to anyone outside the lift, this does not go through to the monitoring centre. For some lifts, the lift doors must be shut for the auto-dialler to work
