Foundations

  • Foundation inspections are no longer required (at Fletchers discretion in the interim). Fletchers agree to provide:
    • PS3 documentation from the plumber for the under slab plumbing verifying compliance to the consent and building code and tested.
    • PS3 documentation from the foundation constructor verifying compliance to the consent and building code.
    • RoW from the foundation constructor
    • PS4 from the observing engineer.
    • Siting to be verified at framing stages by Council inspectors providing boundaries are clearly identifiable and location tolerances allow. Inspector may request surveyors cert (as would happen currently) if tolerances are too tight or boundaries are not easily identifiable.
