• Washroom Inspection

  • Ensure cleanliness of the washroom.

  • Washbasins free of stains and debris.

  • Taps should be smudge-free and stain-free.

  • Water pressure in taps should be adequate.

  • All jet sprays working.

  • All seat sanitizers are in good condition.

  • Mirrors should be clean and free from any stains.

  • All lights, including emergency lights, should be operational.

  • Check for availability of fruits.

  • Ensure Refrigerator /Coffee machine/Microwave/Dishwasher are clean and in working order.

  • Check if HRT Dispenser/Tap/Soap dispenser is working.

  • Ensure sump pump is functional. Report immediately if any unpleasant odor is detected.

  • Ensure clean crockery (plates, cutlery, bowls) is available.

  • Ensure all counters are clean.

  • Ensure the vending machines are working and stocked with adequate food items.

  • Check if the BBC/CNN news channel is running on the TV screen.

  • Ensure the AQI screen is operational, and air quality is within the range of 80-90. Highlight if air quality is above the "bad" range.

  • Ensure all furniture is aligned, clean, and properly placed.

  • Ensure the floor is properly cleaned.

  • Ensure dustbins are empty, clean, and odor-free.

  • Check all the lights are in working condition.

  • Check the condition of the façade glass and ensure emergency glass windows are locked properly.

• Recreational Area:

  • Check all room signage for visibility, clarity, and proper placement.

  • Ensure glass doors are cleaned and free of smudges, fingerprints, or any marks.

  • Check for any damp or foul odors within the room.

  • Check carpets are regularly vacuumed, and any stains or spots are promptly cleaned.

  • Check that all VAV units are functioning properly and maintain a standard temperature range of 23°C (+/-).

  • Ensure the lights are working properly.

  • Check all equipment’s & furniture is clean, ensuring no damage or signs of wear. Report any missing/maintenance issues immediately to the GREWE Concierge.

  • Inspect and address any peeling, staining, or other damage to wallpaper.

  • Check that all dustbins are emptied, cleaned, and free of any odors.

  • Ensure the guidelines (Do’s & Don’ts) board for proper placement and readability.

GROUND FLOOR CHECKLIST (WPE)

• Gym Maintenance:

  • Attendance for cult staff has been checked

  • Ensure all gym equipment is operational.

  • Verify that all equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use.

  • Check for cleanliness, stocked supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand towels, etc.), and proper waste disposal.

  • Shower area and Shower pressure to be checked - check for hot and cold water

  • Ensure all areas in the pantry are tidy and organized.

  • Availability of detox water

  • Ensure signs are in place when floors are wet to prevent accidents.

  • Check that all blinds in the gym and studio are functioning properly.

  • Ensure all audiovisual equipment (screens, projectors) is functioning with updated content.

  • Verify that the music system is playing the agreed playlist at the correct volume.

  • Verify the total number of colleagues present in the gym.

  • Ensure all lights are functioning and switches/plugs are operational and safe.

  • Verify the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system is working properly and maintaining a comfortable environment.

  • Ensure an hourly gym report is maintained, detailing the above checks, issues, or any maintenance required.

• Lobby/Ground Floor Maintenance Checklist:

  • Check the working condition of the main entrance door.
