Tea nozzles should be taken off the urns and should be thoroughly cleaned with the soda nozzles with pipe brushes

Shake base wiped down (behind the dispensers). Check for black build up on the white pieces. Use sanitize towel to remove

Put Topping Canister Inserts and Chocolate put in fridge

Topping Canister pieces are taken to dishes. Ensure the red gasket and silicon diffuser comes back from dish.

Outside of Ice Cream machine is cleaned

Toppings Dispensers are taken to dish every Wednesday and Saturday. Left unassembled to dry. Check heavily for cookie residue. Ensure all pieces are accounted for.

Drink Nozzles and Diffusers Scrubbed and soaked in Kay 5 for 3 minutes

Drink tower backing wiped clean

Drink Tower heads wiped on all sides and bottom with sanitizer wipe

Ice Scoops from each ice Bin and the scoop from Ice machine are taken to dish
