Ice Cream and Shake Base

  • Shake base drip tray cleaned

  • Shake base wiped down (behind the dispensers). Check for black build up on the white pieces. Use sanitize towel to remove

  • Topping Canister pieces are taken to dishes. Ensure the red gasket and silicon diffuser comes back from dish.

  • Drink Towers are turned off

  • Diffuser sockets and water spickets scrubbed with Kay 5

  • Sugar bin closed with scoop handle placed up. Lid is wiped down.

  • Lowboys are plugged in and on

  • On Tuesday and Saturday pour 8oz of drain cleaner down the bathroom drain and each of the drink towers
