This "Follow-up" Special-Purpose Termite Detection Report (hereinafter called "The Report") is issued subject to the Terms and Conditions of inspection and report set out in Clause A.1 of this document. This Report references the current versions of the Australian Standard series AS 3660 Termite Management including AS 3660.1, AS 3660.2 and AS 3660.3. This Report cannot be relied upon on its own. This Report must be read as an addendum and in conjunction with the previously issued Standard Termite or Timber Pest Detection Report and/or Subterranean Termite Management Proposal & Agreement referred to by number in this document. This Report is issued subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in the previously issued Standard Termite or Timber Pest Detection Report and/or Subterranean Termite Management Proposal & Agreement.
