Are car lifts properly maintained?

Are equipment such as the tire changer properly fixed onto the floor?

Is the safety cover properly installed on the wheel balancer to prevent grinding debris?

Is the grinding machine inspected and maintained periodically according to the manufacturer's instruction?

Are technicians wearing all the required protective gear?

Confirm the wearing of Required Protective gear for each operation

Are unnecessary items present in the stall during production?

Is the Final inspection check sheet with judgment criteria available?

Is the shower test area and tools available for Final Inspection?

Check the actual performance of the Shower test for Final Inspection

Is the gas hose on Gas welder & torch free from damage or deterioration?

Check the history of paint booth maintenance condition

Does the dealer conduct a daily check on oil spill condition at GS and BP workshops?

Is proper A/C refrigerant recovery process in place at both GS and BP workshops?

Are refrigerant recovery machine and process, SDS available at all applicable workshops?

Is both general & hazardous waste management systems in place with proper segregation?

Are proper waste segregation practices in place with different waste bins available?

Check floormats for actual customer vehicles (Safety) on select few units
