  • Under Benches. Sweep. Mop with hot water and NEUTRAL CLEANER. (BLUE MOP)

  • Rubbish bins. Hot water and DEW DROPS. Scrub. Sanitise with BIO KLEEN

  • Dishwasher filter. Clean with hot water, DEW DROPS and scrubber.

  • Cutting boards. Scrub with Detergent. Clean in Dishwasher.

  • Floors. Sweep. Mop with hot water and NEUTRAL CLEANER. (BLUE MOP)

  • Wipe all walls. Hot water and DEW DROPS. Scrub. Sanitise with BIO KLEEN

  • Sink area. Hot water and DEW DROPS. Scrub. Sanitise with BIO KLEEN

  • Clean all shelves. Hot water and DEW DROPS. Scrub. Sanitise with BIO KLEEN

  • Wipe appliances. Sanitise with BIO KLEEN

  • Fridges (Outsides). Hot water and DEW DROPS. Scrub. Sanitise with BIO KLEEN

Closing Tasks

  • Food is protected from contamination.

  • Perishable food is stored at correct temperatures.

  • Food past its use by is disposed of.

  • Rubbish is taken out.

  • Any orders are made for the following day.
