  • Clean glass racks and straw holders and turn off glass washer

  • Soak all spirit pourers

  • Put bins outside. Glass is not to be emptied but black garbage bags go in the wheelie bins.

  • Take full bins out back.

  • Check toilets for vomit and people

  • Make sure till is counted, money is in the safe and paperwork is completed.
