Cleaning entire bar top and Benches (under glass racks and under tills).

Sanitizing food area and equipment.

Restocking fridge and making notes of what we have little or none of.

Making sure food in fridge is stocked neatly and wrapped correctly.

Wipe down eftpos and till systems including underneath till drawers

Sweep underneath bar benches and clean and sanitize sink areas

Put bar mats outside

Empty and wipe out Ashtrays ( DO NOT put through the glasswasher)

Wipe down all outside tables and stack chairs

Put away all pool cues

Restock wine backups

Wash all fruit containers or put away with lids on

Clean microwave, toastie machine and pizza makers.

Clean glass racks and straw holders and turn off glass washer

Soak all spirit pourers
-
Put bins outside. Glass is not to be emptied but black garbage bags go in the wheelie bins.

Take full bins out back.

Check toilets for vomit and people
-
Make sure till is counted, money is in the safe and paperwork is completed.
