  • Is the Sites Waste up to date on the deli2go website? (Are the Sites recording Waste Daily as best practice?

  • Are the BackUp Freezers planogrammed as per Myshop with stock of all SKU's? (Are Freezers Planogrammed according to MyShop? )

  • After 2pm are all ranged T&S Baked Confectionery SKU's available? (Are all T&S items available in the Baked Confectionery Unit after 2pm? )

  • Can the overbake allowance process be explained correctly? (Do the site understand what their daily Bake Allowance is? )

  • Is today's Bake Plan available, in use and printed after 2pm the previous day? (Are Bake Plans printed after 2pm on the previous day? Check the print time on the Bake Plan in the footer.)

  • Is there evidence that top up bakes are being produced to maintain full range availability? (Is there evidence of Top Ups been completed onsite through extra SATO labels? )

  • Do the SATO labels suggest the bake plan is being followed? (Sato labels should be within 15 minutes either side of the bake plan times )
