  • Patio is clean and being power washed daily. Tables are properly aligned, clean, well painted and umbrellas look sharp.

  • Landscaping is neat, free of weeds, mulch is contained and appearance is appealing. Grounds are free of trash, lawn is mowed and shrubbery and trees are trimmed.

  • Trash cans clean, maintained regularly and in proper position on concrete.

  • Dumpster pad clean and exterior doors are closed. Pad has been recently power washed and all containment lids are closed. Shed, if applicable, is neat, painted and in good repair.

  • D/T Lane and Window clean, power washed daily and free of debris? Menu Board, Preview Board and Order Tower is clean, in good repair and free of sticker residue.

  • POP to include LTO items clean, not faded and current. All banners are current, hung properly and yard signs are neat and in visible areas.

  • Windows and doors are clean, neat and free of interior clutter. Regular maintenance of window glass and doors is observed. Windows Clings are neat, unwrinkled and current.

  • Menu Displays, Wall Posters and Non-LTO POP is in good repair, up to date and exhibits no fading, peeling or cracks.

  • Restrooms are clean, fixtures are all in good repair and plumbing has no leaks.. Dispensers are stocked and free of graffiti. Restrooms smell clean and have a properly working air freshener.

  • Menu boards are in good repair, communication to stalls is clear, Red Buttons work and boards are free of sticker residue.

  • PAYS System is functioning properly and free of sticker residue.

  • Lot lighting is in good repair, has proper wattage and all lenses are clean, clear and uncracked. Stall stars, rib lights and neon/LED is functioning properly.

  • Lot cleaning appears to be regular and patio D/T cleaned daily?

Interior

FOH/BOH Systems

  • Team HQ Organized, up-to-date and being properly utilized. Deployment Chart filled out and staff understands the proper use. Proficiency Checklist is posted and current. Mystery Shops, Fantrack, KPI Scorecard and Schedule are all in the proper place and current.

  • Stock Level System current, understood and being utilized correctly.

  • FOH/BOH Side Work Charts are filled out and being utilized. Crew understands purpose and is accountable for assignments.

  • Maintenance Log and White Board being reviewed daily and updated.

  • Ice Cream and Shake Machine Cleaning Charts up-to-date and being utilized. Overrun Cup and Scale in good working order and manager can demonstrate proper use. Manuals for machines are present.

  • Slush Machine Cleaning Chart up-to-date, and being utilized. Brix Cup available and manager can demonstrate proper use. Equipment Manual is present.

  • Ice Bin and Soda Bin Cleaning Charts are posted and being utilized.

  • Fryer Vat Boil Out Chart is filled out correctly and being utilized. Manager on duty can demonstrate or describe boil-out process, filtering and grease disposal procedure.

  • Bread Quality and Vendor Color Charts are in place, understood and being utilized daily upon check-in.

  • Pull Thaw Chart and Prep Charts are in the correct position on Walk-In Cooler door and are being utilized properly.

  • All GAH required postings and mandatory Sonic Training Decals, safety stickers and operations information are posted, clean and current.

Equipment and Structure

  • FOH Equipment is properly functioning, clean and preventative maintenance is being performed regularly.

  • BHO Equipment is properly functioning, clean and preventative maintenance is being performed regularly.

  • Detailed Plumbing Review with plan for issues.

  • Detailed Electrical Review with plan for issues.

  • Filters for Water and Coffee are properly tagged with dates of install and discard.

  • CO2 System reviewed and spare is full and secure.

  • B.O.S.S Grease System is being utilized properly, socks are present and filtering/disposing system with color chart being properly used. Check for filtering powder and filters.

  • Walls are free of holes, mold and are clean. Ceiling Tiles are in place, in good repair and are being properly cleaned and maintained.

  • Doors close and lock properly, handles are attached well and there is no scraping on sills.

  • Floor Tiles and Drains are all in good repair, have good grout, are without cracks and being cleaned regularly. Floor grates fit properly and are clean. All equipment drains are properly aligned with floor drains and not dripping on floor.

Rooftop and Walk-Ins

  • Vent Hoods are clean and in good repair.

  • Doors to walk-ins seal tight, heat strip work and doors are properly aligned. Cleaning program is being used properly and floors are clean. Condensation drain pipes are properly insulated and not dripping on product.

  • Roof Ladder is free of grease, clean and secure.

  • Roof Membrane is in good condition with no cracks, holes or unusual wear.

  • Rooftop Equipment has all coverings in place, belts are in good condition and evaporators and condensers are clean and functioning properly.

  • Vent Hood Fans are properly aligned, belts are in good condition and grease containment system working properly.
