  • Has any 3rd party works taken place which may have encroached into the hazardous area. ( I.E lamp posts, Electrical equipment,Buildings including flues windows or doors. Or areas where persons may gather such as bus stops & smoking shelters,) <br><br>If response is yes ensure line manager is notified and report incident via Cadent incident management system ( IMS Line number 0330 678 0607)
