Induction Check List

  • Have you confirmed site management structure and site office location?

  • Have you explained that any electrical fittings fed from a plug top will have to be arranged to be removed by a competent or qualified person and Eon can’t reinstall them?

  • Have you advised the resident that once the works are completed normal screw fittings are not compatible with EWI and can’t be used. Also the weight of items fitted to property will need to be considered?

Internals

  • Have you explained about ventilation requirements and the benefits of adequate ventilation? (Including door undercuts, wall vents and window trickle vents.)
