No visible H&S risk to the pavilion?

No H&S risks on pitches, walkways, car park areas?

Customer Service

'How did we do today' service cards prepared and being given out?

Evidence of preparation for each customer activity (KP/Function calls/dietary requirements/any bespoke requests)?

Duty manager introducing him/herself to all customers and demonstrating good rapport?

Staff on reception, smiling, friendly and welcoming?

All staff equipped with the day's itinerary and directing customers accordingly?

Kids party checklist prepared and in use?

Sales Focus

Manager and reception staff aware of live KPI targets for sales and booking count as well as any ad hoc challenges

Enquiry pads in use seeking to capture and convert enquiries from guests to existing bookings? (KP's / Functions)

Bar staff aware of sales targets and any ad hoc challenges?

During quiet times forward booking calls being made?
