GFM Duties

  • GFM's hours are scheduled to suit the needs of the business, approved by the RGFM, and reflects accurately on their current critical path (Google Calender) and Kronos roster?

Compliance | WHS

  • WHS equipment checklist completed for all studios and stored in the club Google Drive?

  • All home club GFI compliance documents are loaded into Workforce Ready and in the Google Drive?

  • Off boarding checklist has been completed for all inactive GFI's?

  • Non-compliant GFI's are removed from classes?

Reception

  • Current timetable is displayed at reception?

  • Group Fitness promotions, timetable content and changes are communicated effectively to the Member Services team?

Timetable | Notice Boards

  • Current CW timetable is up to date and is reflecting in-club & online?

Studios

  • First Impression - clean | equipment stored neatly | mirrors clean | stereo dust free | advertising per Brand Standards

  • The portable instructor barre has the correct safety signage applied to it.

  • Pre-class intro sign is on the stereo?

General

  • All maintenance issues are recorded via Cherwell?

  • Group Fitness Studio WHS checklist completed and stored in the club Google Drive?

  • Paper towels & disinfectant fully stocked?

  • Microphone stored correctly & batteries in good condition?

Cycle Studio

  • Bikes are spaced out well in the studio?

  • Bikes are clean?

  • All bike faults are logged in Service Now?

COVID Compliance

  • COVID safe class intro signs in place on all stereos?

  • Appropriate signs on the studio door to reflect studio capacity (all studios)?

  • Disinfectant wipes available in all studios?
