Do the daily specials reflect the weather and local market? Ask the RM to explain their menu choices to confirm understanding. <br>

When ordering your dish, did any of the team attempt to upsell an additional item to compliment your dish selection?

Was the food delivered to your table within an acceptable period of time (considering the level of trade)?

When your food arrived, did it look appealing? Did it look like the picture on the spec sheet? Would you buy it?

Did the dish taste good? Was the temperature of the food appropriate? Did anyone check to see if you enjoyed the dish?

Did the till receipt match what you had ordered? (Menu and recipe specification adherence is essential for legal compliance to allergen information as well as stock accuracy). If there is a till issue (e.g. line will not scan) please contact the Trading Helpdesk immediately.

In the kitchen, ask the team to provide you with a spec sheet for the dish. Is the spec sheet easily available?

Deconstruct and weigh the items. Do they match the Spec sheet within a tolerance of + or - 5%? (e.g. the Spec sheet states 100g, so 95-105g accepted)
