  • Interview Question Instructions

    1. Take notes of what is said, not your perception of what is said. Use your perception of what is said to score each question
    2. All interview questions are tied to Job Specific Job Descriptions, so print out the Job Description as well as the related questionnaire for the position you are interviewing for
    3. On the last two questions, Essential Functions, and Physical Demands, Read the section from the Job Description and ask if they can perform with or without reasonable accommodation
    4. If they respond that they do need an accommodation ask what that accommodation would be, write it down, than contact HR for review
    5. The essential functions and physical demand questions are not scored, simply write yes or no (with accommodation listed) on the notes line

Initiative

  • If you see product getting low, how would you respond?

Responsibility

  • Are you willing to take on extra tasks or what kind of extra tasks would you willing to take on?

Flexibility

  • Your boss changes the special, what would you do? What if you get a special request from a customer, what do you do?

Honesty

  • Tell me about a time you saw a coworker taking food they did not pay for. (Assuming they saw this happen)

Team Player

  • How would you handle criticism from a manager?

Essential Functions

  • Can you perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation? (Read essential functions from job description)

Physical Demands

  • Can you perform the physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation? (Read physical demands from job description)
