This report has been produced by Max Roche GRT Health and Safety Manager as a record of observations made where there has been a failure to meet either statutory obligation or provisions of clients/GRT health and safety policy and procedures. The report records what was apparent at the time of the inspection and cannot therefore take account of items/situations before or after the inspection. This is not a detailed audit so may not identify all instances of health and safety non-compliance or poor practice

The client has a duty to ensure that persons working on site have a safe working environment. We recommend that you undertake regular inspections of all working areas during intervals between external inspections. You should aim to identify conditions/situations where there is a failure to meet either statutory requirements or the provisions of your health and safety policy and procedures. It is recommended that a copy of your health and safety policy is kept freely accessible
