  • A1.Check level of oil in reservoir when the ram is in the down position and top up if necessary. If different Jack oil used, the reservoir must be drained completely before refilling.

  • A3.Check Jack for leaks, if there is any leakage, tighten or replace seals as necessary.

  • A4.Visually inspect legs, castor wheels and transportation wheels and renew components where necessary.

  • B5.Lubricate and grease all nipples.

  • B6.Remove Jack legs if applicable.

  • B7.Flush out oil and refill oil.

  • A8.Check SWL decal is legible.

  • B9.Assemble legs to body if removed.

  • A10.Apply safe working load (Jack aircraft) and ensure satisfactory operation, no leaks and Jack supports axle without sinking.
