Guest Expectations Travel Path

1. Uniforms - Neat and well-groomed following JIB uniform guidelines.

2. POS Printers - Must be working and every guest must be getting a receipt.

3. Headsets - All headsets must be working and a minimum of three headsets must be in use.

4. Protein Cabinet - Check and compare to build to chart. Clean and in good working condition.

5. Restrooms - Need to be clean and fully stocked (soap, toilet paper inside dispenser and free of any bad odor.)<br>- Check for air freshener in the restroom<br>

6. Freestyle Machine - All the flavors must be available, check for any expired cartridges and free of alerts. Must be kept clean. Check the back shelf for any expired flavor.

7. Lighting - Must have adequate lighting and if on timer, it should be on/off at the appropriate time.

8. Dumpster - The Dumpster area is clean and free of excessive debris, lids and gates are closed.

9. Menu Boards - Menu boards are clean with the right numbers and have straight seems lines.

10. OCS - Must be clean and in good working condition, displaying correct graphics. <br>Check overall the cleanliness of the entire restaurant.
